This is not a good driving school, I would never recommend them, their instructor would yell at their student. They are not professionals, go somewhere else, their consumer award is bullshit, not true. they have to prove it first.

I went to A & J driving school and I had a wonderful experience with Mandeep as my instructor. I first had another instructor and that was a bad experience but Mandeep changed my opinion about this driving school. She is so professional and her only intention is for you to do well and get through your test. She helps you gain confidence by being so patient and teaching all there is to learn before you go for your road test. Anyone who gets her as an instructor is lucky because they are on their way to become a good driver!

I went to A&J driving school and loved it! I have nothing but good things to say about my driving instructor, Sharon, and I learned so many valuable things from her. I feel a lot more confident on the road as a driver. She had very helpful insight and my best interests in mind. I’d defiantly recommend it

I went to A&J driving school and It helped me a lot with my driving, I am thankful that they helped me get ready for my licence and showed me the rights and wrongs of driving. If anyone asked me where to go for driving school I would say A&J and tell them they have to ask for Sharon to be their driving instructor because she is one of the best and she will make you laugh and i will always remember what she told me “punch it”. But over all she was big help. Thank you A&J driving school and Sharon, I will see you on the roads like I do everyday Sharon.

They are one of the worst driving schools with respect to in-class, car instruction and as well as customer service. If you don’t have a buddy or a relative to practice with, then expect rip-off.

class session was okay. Steven told stories and showed videos so it wasn’t too bad and made it interesting to get through a long 15 hour weekend. I was not impressed with the secretary as she refused to send my certificate in the mail even though I requested her too and it was easier for me. That is not looking out for me the customer to make it as difficult as you can with saving the cost of a measly stamp? I am displeased with this and trying to find time to come into pick up in person. My in car was with hecktar and I could tell you were very new to this teaching but your trying hard. I passed the course and I understood everything. Just don’t be so abrupt and short in your answers to questions I have as it made me think you didn’t want me to ask questions. Think about loosing the tint in the window of your car hecktar so we can see better as the tint makes it harder to see when it gets a bit darker out. As I never drove before that made me nervous. One a note of encouragement, when you are showing me how to properly drive a car at the start of the lesson you were speeding. I did notice and I do know enough myself that I will not do that. The a and j secretary really needs to consider the customer and rethink sending out the certificate by mail when we request it. That made me angry that she was unreasonable in her response and said no without even considering how inconveienent it was to have to come in.
    Merry Christmas to the staff.

This Driving School is terrible! Save yourself the aggravation and don’t believe all the glowing reviews. What’s up with that? Lots of wasted time in class, so many “breaks” let’s just get it over with, besides telling me stuff that is incorrect about traffic circles and stop signs. Pretty major errors. I totally agree with other about not paying attention. I did get my license but not because they were helpful — my boyfriend was so annoyed after I would tell him what I “learned” in class that I got him to teach me, even tho I’d heard it was a bad idea to learn driving from your boyfriend. But he was so much better than the driving school people!! Stay away from this Driving School!!

Not good experience. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. I posted what happened with my course and they keep deleting it. I will repost as others has right to know what happened to me. Class was okay , but I feel that there was too many stories, and there was not enough learning. The teacher went off topic and would let students get into some longer talks and not keep on topic. It would get boring then as I didn’t find I could relate that to what we were trying to learn. Some more driving education videos would have been good choice over the stories. We did get to leave early both days as it was the holiday weekend and steve had to leave as he said he had dinner plans. I was disappointed that I didn’t pass my road test, even though manndeep had said I was ready and I would have had a bit more driving if she didn’t take the breaks in most of my lessons. I was out for just 2 hrs, and couldn’t you take your coffee breaks before or after you had come for me for my lessons. I didn’t like sitting having to wait for you for taking your coffee breaks and also several times Manndeep was on the phone talking in punjabee to her son, and I had to park waiting for her at the curb for her to finish her talks. I didn’t make you ever have to wait for me. I did get to drive a nice car, it was a new honda, but she was always on the brake and I was getting kind of annoyed at manndeep, as I didn’t think it was needed at all and I have driven lots before lessons. I will practice with my family and then try to do another road test as I didn’t pass. The road test can only be done at one registry and only one day specifically. No choices in the registry to do the test or the day that you want to do the test

I sent my wife to do learners course here, as I have no time to teach her myself, as to being out of town a lot working. Some in car times had to be reslotted from office, as to instructor not being able to do them or error in not being available to go those days. Paardeep was nice. She did talk fast and needed to slow down speech for my wife so she could understand. When I went driving my wife, after she finished all her learners lessons, she had qualified for certificate but was unsure and confused with some of the rules to driving, as she got mixed answers on some of the lessons with paardeep. I will practice with her before I leave to go out of town for a month, and am going to send her for a few more lessons with a different instructor from another school. I will see if they will take her to other areas of the city, and not just in close vicinity of our house to ensure she gets many traffic situations and to clear up her unsureness and to get different tips to build her confidence and skills. I don’t think she is ready for the test as of yet. Thank you for teaching her

Bad experience. I did not finish my time as fast as I wanted to or thought that it was going to be. I could not change to different instructor to get done faster. I am still waiting for my next lesson yet. I was in a hurry when I signed up and I chose to take a few lessons with a different school to go for my road test asap as to job offer. Ill finish here when I am booked to go driving lessons.

I wanted to get done my lessons quickly but there was a very long wait to get started with the car. Lessons that were booked were cancelled and rebooked from the office as they said their was conflicts with bookings made for the instructor so that meant even longer to get my driving done. Class is one whole weekend session which is long but lots of breaks. Lots of stories was given. I had trouble at first with the strong accent of teacher but I adjusted to it that I understood him after going into 2nd car drive. As I don’t have a car to use of my own for the test, I had to wait to get approved from my employer to get a day off for the test, as I usually work week days and it is on a week day only for road test with the school car. I did not pass my road test this morning and examiner said that he couldn’t tell that I had done driving lessons here. I would not likely refer my friends. My instructor would not let me use his car for the road test, so I had to pay for a rental. It cost me a lot of money and Im very unhappy with the service. I could not switch instructors when I had troubles with his strong accent and not seeing like he wanted me to ask questions.

NOT a good time here. I was shuffled and pushed around for my lesson times. I had a very long wait to get finished cause the secretary messed up the scheduling and I was the one to suffer!!!!
I am still waiting to finish and the teacher like others has said before me… does not like me to ask him questions. I need to learn so I can get my drivers. I paid to learn. I am unhappy and will ensure anyone that will listen to me, I will tell them

I learnt soo much from A &J, I don’t believe the falls reviews cause all of my lessons were booked when I went in to register and never had to reschedule any of them. I only had like 2hrs of driving before I booked my lessons, by the third lesson I was doing parallel park and by the last lesson I could easily to it on my own. got my driver training certificate the day after my last lesson.
