You are not prepared for your az after taking there silver level. They also say you get 40 -45 min truck driving lessons not true you get less then 18 in truck lessons and they are to spaced apart. My trainer even let his air brake lic expire so I was trained by someone who didn’t even have a valid air brake licence himself. They advertize $899.00 for course but add .40 cent km and hst totals 1360.00. There website ad says 40 – 45 min truck lessons but when you go the paper says 36 and ten they break that down to 18 truck lessons and break that down even further to 8  yard and 8 in truck. Would not recommend this school.

Would not recommend this school.  At the Silver Level, you may get your license, but you are left unprepared for the workforce without any certifications or training in Hours of Service / Logbooks, Border Crossing, Laws & Regulations, Transportation of Dangerous Goods.  You spend $1360, minimal time in a truck – if you are lucky you will pass.  Otherwise you are paying for more lessons, and tests.  And spending more again for the above certifications.  Pass on this school.

agree with each comment below. I id not at all like metro for my Dz and as well advertised it for 399$ and ended up being 850$ with alll the additional costs. The Z class was a joke, didnt learn much. They seem very “lazy”. The only reason I passed my written and practical part for the D and Z was because I worked hard on my own. you only need the courses for there trucks. But dont go throught metro to do it.

    Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

This has been an experience from hell! I wish I had listened
to the people that wormed me about this company. Could not believe how I was
treated and spoken to! All they are about is making money! Almost every time I
had a lesson my instructor had me sit and wait during my paid time while they
moved a truck in the lot or went to their car to do things or wondered off to
talk to someone. There was no coaching to help me improve, they just sat there
and at the end told me I need more lessons. When I was learning to back the
instructor was not even in sight most of the time. Your progress is grated out
of 10 and will not take you for your test until they grade you a 9 or higher
even though you have paid for it! More than once the instructor graded my
lesson before we went out, how is that possible?? $$$

    I hate being ripped off!!!

    BEWARE!!!!!

I walked into the office to the head honcho “Alex” smoking crack behind his desk while Andrew ran this hurting company. If your a good driver and understand heavy equipment you can pass with these guys. But talk with Andrew because Alex is one of the biggest hurting units I have ever met. The day he tried to bitch me out he was lucky I needed my az or I would have made his gimp limp 1000 times worse
