Ontario auto insurance rates: Expecting a 1% drop
A Canadian government source says Ontario auto insurance rates are expected to go down in the nearest few days.
The rate is predicted to go down by one per cent when the provincial regulator makes its announcement today (15 July 2010).
The undisclosed source says the reduction is possible because the global and local markets have finally stabilized amid Canadian government reforms.
The rate change is expected to take effect in September 2010.
It will affect all motorists who are taking out new policies or renewing their current ones. THis means we are all getting some drop, which is great news for all Ontario drivers.
